Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

During high-volume periods (e.g., holidays or special launches), processing times may be slightly extended.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times (U.S. Orders):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (if available)

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. For international orders, please contact us directly at info@pmjcandles.com


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to become available.


Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet expected delivery times, PMJ Candles is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information.


Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not liable for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please email us within 7 days of delivery at info@pmjcandles.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will do our best to resolve the issue.
